It is really hard to find any kind of authentic Asian food in this area of the country but aside from the hidden gem in Mountain City, TN. This is a good place to go. The food and service are always great.

This is the first Thai restaurant we've had in Kingsport and it's very popular! I've liked everything I've tried. You can ask them to make each dish as hot or mild as you like. You'll enjoy the oriental decor also. Recommended!
